Manager / Head Coach The Manager/Head Coach is the primary leader of the team. Managers draft their players in most leagues, schedule and run practices, create lineups for games, and make in game decisions. Managers work with coaches and team parents to delegate tasks.

The Manager/Head Coach is the primary leader of the team. Managers draft their players in most leagues, schedule and run practices, create lineups for games, and make in game decisions. Managers work with coaches and team parents to delegate tasks.

Assistant Coach The Assistant Coach supports the manager in all aspects of running the team, including assuming the manager's duties if the manager is unavailable. Each coaching team divides responsibilities differently, to meet their needs and strengths.

Team Parent The team parents assists the manager with administrative aspects such as coordinating team pictures, arranging for uniform pickup and distribution, and some managers ask the team parent to assist with communication as well.

Board of Directors - Volunteer Those interested in serving on the Johnston Little League Board of Directors are required to indicate their interest via this application. Volunteers will be contacted by JLL to discuss the process and recommend joining a board meeting as a guest.
