Classic Camps:  2011 Birth Year and Older

Led by East Stroudsburg University Head Coach Rob Berkowitz

June 24 to 27 - Footskills Camp

The focus of this week will be to increase individual confidence on the ball.  A heavy emphasis will be placed on improving individual technique and learning new moves to beat a defender

July 8 to 11 - Soccer Specific Performance Training

The focus of this week will be to increase athletic performance through soccer specific speed and agility exercises while using a ball.  Players will learn proper running, jumping, landing and soccer specific movements to decrease injuries.  

July 15 to July 18 - Possession Camp

Focus of this week will be proper passing (short and long) and receiving techniques with a buildup to possession drills.  Great introduction and preparation for advanced soccer training players will experience in the fall.  

July 22 to 25 - Striker Week

The focus of this week will be learning various shooting and finishing techniques. Although there is an attacking player focus for the camp, field players of all positions are welcome to attend.  Striker Week will run in conjunction with Goalkeeper Week to maximize learning and fun. 

July 29 to August 1 - 1V1 Camp

Focus of this week will be 1V1 Attacking and Defending.  A variety of drills and games will be used to improve the soccer “Foundation” of every player.  Similar to Footskills Camp with the addition of more match related activities. 

August 5 to 8 - Total Soccer Week

Focus of the week will be Conditioned Games that will challenge each player technically and tactically.  Will include aspects of each camp week.  Perfect preparation as campers return to their fall teams’.  

$30 per week

Training will meet Monday thru Thursday (Friday will be use to make up cancelled sessions)

Time:  5:15 to 6:30 PM For players born 2009 and 2010      6:30 to 7:45 PM U12 For players born 2006 and older

July 22 to 25 - Modern Goalkeeper Specific Training

Topics will include footwork, low and high ball catching, diving, handling crosses and distribution.  Runs in conjunction with Striker Week.  Goalkeepers will train and see live shots from the Strikers.   Camp is for both novice and experienced goalkeepers.

August 5 to 8 - Modern Goalkeeper Specific Training  

Topics will include footwork, low and high ball catching, diving, handling crosses and distribution.  Camp is for both novice and experienced goalkeepers .  Runs in conjunction with Total Soccer Week.  Goalkeepers will be included in scrimmages to improve decision-making and tactical awareness.  

Micro Camps:  2015-2012 Birth Years

Open to those who registered for the fall season before the registration deadline. As a part of our continued effort to provide quality instruction to our players, we will be having summer training sessions run by the Nazareth High School Varsity men's coach Gerry Petrozelli. We will also have some of our own NSC coaches on hand to help! A weekly email will be sent with a link to sign up.
