Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Freeport Pownal Little League has made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 season. Parents and legal guardians will have three options (credit, donate, refund) for their 2020 registration fees.

Use this form to indicate your preference. We can only process requests made through this Form. We are an all-volunteer league and there are over 240 registrations to process. Thank you for understanding.

If you have multiple players (i.e. siblings or foster children), you will need to submit a separate form for each player. Please use the email address you used when you registered your player when filling out this form.
