Fall 2021 Rec Coaching Certification
This is a great way to learn more about coaching soccer from US Club trainers, underwritten in full by GGFSC so it is of no cost to you!

This is not a mandatory clinic, however, if you submit this form and are accepted, you are committing to attend both the zoom classroom and in-house sessions, as well as coaching a rec team this fall. At the completion of the clinic, you will receive a grassroots coaching certificate in the format you attend (4v4 or 7v7).

Sign-up is first-come, first-serve and is limited to the first 12 to sign up in each session. Signups will be opened first to coaches who have already registered as such for this fall 2021 rec season, and if there are still openings, we will open it up to the rest of the club.

Actual session registration links, instructions, and payment vouchers will be emailed to the coaches who are accepted in the next few days.

If you sign up for a session and there are no spots left, we will give you the option of the other session if there are still spots available when you originally signed up. Lessons learned will be applicable to both. If you coach two teams, we recommend going with the higher of the age groups. Each classroom and on-field session is about two hours. Note that 9v9 and 11v11 courses will be offered at a later date (next spring at the earliest).

If not, you will need to register as a volunteer coach at ggfsc.com no later than 8/17 or your spot may be forfeit. Use your "my account" then volunteer tab to register as a coach. Coaches will also need to submit information for a background check and take an online SafeSport course (or annual refresher) prior to the first practice of the season.
