Omar Joseph Samaha was born and raised in the Washington D.C. metro area and originally called Vienna, VA home. He grew up learning about real estate from his father, Joseph Samaha, raised in Arlington, VA. and other successful Realtors and entrepreneurs in his close knit, local family.
As he grew up, Omar developed his own, unique passion and desire to focus on real estate and investing. He attended prestigious real estate specific programs, at Virginia Tech and Georgetown University, where he received a masters degree in real estate, development, and finance, graduating with honors.
He immediately put his real estate license to work, helping family and friends buy and sell their homes and investments. He was recruited to work for various national, elite, real estate companies at the same time, and he developed a reputation for excellent guidance, service, and most importantly, his clients’ success.
Omar’s yearly growth has been solely propelled by referrals and his steady flow of annual recognitions, including Top Agent and Top Producer awards for Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland. Amongst the prominent annual awards he consistently receives are Washingtonian, Modern Luxury, Arlington, and Northern Virginia Best’s, those from Long & Foster-Forbes Global Properties, as well as others from Realtor organizations.
