Claiming Your Account After Your Account Information Is Imported Into Demosphere
 
Step 1: Your email and household information has been imported into your organization’s system. To claim your account, click “Forgot your Password”








































Step 2: Enter your email address associated with your previous registration account and click “Send Instructions”





























Step 3: Navigate to your email inbox and find the automated email sent from the registration system.



Step 4:  Open the automated email and click “Reset Password”



























Step 5: After clicking “Reset Password” from the automated email (see step 4), the registration system will open and you will be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name and your new password.


















If another email address exists in the household you will enter the First Name and Last Name to associate to that email.


















Step 7: Once your password is reset, you are now able to proceed with registering your child for any program offered by your organization.
